Welcome to Chroma Lune ("the App"), a daily color puzzle game operated by RABIATA LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Chroma Lune mobile application and website at www.chroma-lune.com.
By using Chroma Lune, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
When you create an account, we collect your email address (provided via Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email verification), an optional display name for leaderboards, and an automatically generated user ID. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive an Apple private relay address rather than your personal email.
As you play, we collect gameplay data including puzzle scores, star ratings, move counts, solve times, streaks, achievement progress, and leaderboard standings. This data is essential for core game functionality.
If you subscribe to Chroma Lune Master, we collect purchase history including subscription status, plan type, and transaction identifiers. We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by the platform's app store.
We collect anonymous usage and performance data to improve the App, including screen views, feature usage, navigation events, app performance metrics, and crash reports. On our website, we use analytics services that may set cookies to measure traffic and understand how visitors interact with our pages.
Certain third-party services we use may automatically collect device or advertising identifiers for analytics attribution and to serve ads.
The App stores certain preferences and game state locally on your device. This data does not leave your device unless you have an account and your data syncs to our servers.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use third-party service providers for infrastructure, analytics, error monitoring, subscription management, authentication, and advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes beyond what is necessary to operate the App.
Chroma Lune displays rewarded ads only — short video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for unlocking additional puzzle slots or gameplay features such as extra restarts or undos. We do not display banner ads or interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are limited in frequency per day.
Our ad provider may collect your device's advertising identifier to serve relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising through your device's settings.
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. Analytics and performance data are retained according to each provider's retention policy (typically 14–90 days). Purchase history is retained for the duration of your subscription relationship. When you delete your account, we remove all personally identifiable information from our systems.
You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your personal data, game scores, streaks, stars, achievements, leaderboard entries, and authentication records will be removed. Deletion requests submitted via the web form are processed within 7 business days.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.2+), database-level access controls, secure authentication, and server-side validation of all data operations.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The Chroma Lune mobile app does not use cookies. Our website uses analytics cookies to measure traffic and understand visitor behavior. We do not use advertising cookies or track individuals across third-party websites.
Chroma Lune is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.
