Welcome to Chroma Lune, a daily color puzzle game by RABIATA LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Chroma Lune app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Chroma Lune.
Chroma Lune is for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission.
You may create an account to access features like leaderboards, achievements, and cross-device sync. You are responsible for your account activity and must not create multiple accounts to manipulate game data.
You may use Chroma Lune for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and share your results on social media. You may not reverse engineer the App, use bots or automated tools, manipulate scores or leaderboards, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Chroma Lune offers an optional subscription (Chroma Lune Master) available through Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings (Google Play or Apple App Store). Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.
Chroma Lune includes optional rewarded video ads. You may watch a short ad to unlock additional puzzle slots or gameplay features such as extra restarts or undos. Ads are never required to enjoy the core game.
Game data you generate (scores, streaks, achievements, leaderboard entries) is stored on our servers and may be displayed on public leaderboards. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings or at www.chroma-lune.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent.
Your use of Chroma Lune is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content in Chroma Lune — including game mechanics, visual design, name, and logos — is the property of RABIATA LLC. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without our written permission.
Chroma Lune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
